ALRITE!!! HAHAHAHA!!! GO TRACKERZ!!! Today was a supercalafragelisticexpialadocious day!!! HAHAHAHA!!! Thank u sec 3s for organisin the Activities!!! Though some of the activities did not go smoothly, its was good effort from all of u!!! N thank u all for participating in this event!!! Hope everybody enjoyed it and that after today, the bond in Track will be ever stronger!!! HAHAHAHAHA!!!

There may be a Track camp in march hols.
Its a Training Camp. So its gonna be tougher. But don't worry, we still have games.

Hello to all trackers.

To set off on the right foot, i'm going to lay some expectations us leaders have of our juniors, includes the secondary 3.

First of all, this year's Nationals has been pushed up by 3 months to April. This greatly reduces our number of training by 24 - 36 trainings. Hence, you can see that time is short. with barely a month left, we've got about 8 - 12 trainings left?

Another thing is on behaviour during training. Ok, i know that training is supposed to be light and fun and enjoyable, but we're really hard-pressed for time now, and we are barely able to cope with the stress of events pushed forward. Therefore, please do not worry coach with constant chit-chatting. Even if you are unable to run, or you're not part of the competing team, please, put in your best effort to cheer the others on. Your support means a lot to them.

The last one is on your listening skills. i know this has been emphasized over and over again, and it has become a mundane subject with many, but hear me out. It is an important overlooked necessity that many of you lack. You all either stand at a corner, talking amongst yourself when coach is talking, or where your physical self is, your mental self is not, your mind wandering elsewhere. Please, focus during training. after training, we can have all the talk-cock sessions we want :D but these few last precious trainings are vital, absolutely vital.

With time pressing in on us, this is really our time to shine, and so i'd like everyone of you to put in your best. Be it in long distance or sprinting, i'm sure that you'd love to have your name on that semi-final or final scoreboard. Not only that, but i'm sure after such hard training, you wouldn't want to let all your efforts go to waste.

So please, i beseech of you to work hard these last 2 (or lesser) months, and put in your best efforts. Do TK proud. If you don't want to, do tk TRACK proud (:

Notice: CCA for Sec 2s & 3s will stand down tis week n next. However if u would lyk to come down tis week its ok but not next week, need u all to focus on ur common test!!! HAHAHAHA!!! Sec 1s & 4s will still be training cos u all wun be having common test.
